FR Excerpt:. MemoriesAt last!

There he sits, facing away from me on the hill-top several paces away. He looks up at the sky, littered with bright, sparkling stars. The wind blows his dark, muted-blue fur as well as the cool grass beneath him. The moonlight makes him look as though he were made from mother-of pearl.

My heart beat like a war-drum in my chest. I could feel it pulsing all the way up to my neck. Oh! Have I waited so long to see him again!

I rush up the hill, feeling the brisk, fierce wind even more so as I ran. I could feel my cheeks ache from my smile.

He turns his head towards me. His tuft of hair is barley covering his dark, olive-green eyes.

Have some more concept sketches. This is of “Suihira”, the mysterious ”city of water” (hence the title of my story, “Suihira: City of Water” 8U). It may not seem like much but on a planet where large bodies of water are basically nonexistent, it’s kinda a big deal. :U

This is heavily based on the Königssee in the German Alps (I’ve been there a couple times and homagad it’s amazing there). Here’s a picture. [link]

This is absolutely beautiful. Makes me feel tranquil looking at it... The cooling colours blend really well together - that hint of warmth keeps it earthy to balance the majestic of the greens and hues.

Thanks for taking me somewhere magical for a brief moment, concept sketches like these don't often come so keep up the awesome work RianaLD!
